Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Amnesty Freedom is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. Our EIN is 41-4314632. You will receive an email receipt after your donation for your records.
Where does my money go?
Your donations fund our direct programs: humanitarian support services, global initiative development, community outreach, and advocacy work. We maintain transparent financial records available upon request.
Can I set up a recurring monthly donation?
Yes. Select "Monthly" on the donation form before submitting. Monthly donors sustain our operations and allow us to plan long-term programs. You can cancel at any time by emailing info@amnestyfreedom.org.
Is my payment information secure?
All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Payment processing is handled by a PCI-compliant processor.
Can I donate anonymously?
Yes. Simply email us at info@amnestyfreedom.org and we will arrange an anonymous giving method. Note that anonymous donations cannot be issued a tax receipt.
Do you accept donations by check or mail?
Yes. Make checks payable to Amnesty Freedom and mail to: 211 E Avenue G, Midlothian, TX 76065-3039. Please include your email address if you would like a receipt.
Can my employer match my donation?
Many employers offer matching gift programs for 501(c)(3) nonprofits. Check with your HR department and provide our EIN: 41-4314632. We will supply any documentation your employer needs.
What is your refund policy?
If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days at info@amnestyfreedom.org. We will review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to respond within 3 business days.
Is Amnesty Freedom affiliated with Amnesty International?
No. Amnesty Freedom is an independent nonprofit organization based in Midlothian, Texas. We are not affiliated with Amnesty International or any other organization. We share a commitment to human rights and dignity, but operate entirely independently.
How do I get a copy of my donation receipt?
A receipt is automatically emailed to you at the address you provide. If you did not receive it, check your spam folder or email us at info@amnestyfreedom.org with your name and donation date and we will resend it.
