Yes. Amnesty Freedom is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and our EIN is 41-4314632. Your donation is tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law. A receipt is emailed to you automatically the moment your donation goes through.
Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed, our donation platform emails you a confirmation with your tax receipt attached as a PDF. If it isn’t in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder, then email info@amnestyfreedom.org and we will resend it. Monthly donors receive a receipt for each payment.
Your donations fund our direct programs: humanitarian support services, global initiative development, community outreach, and advocacy work. We maintain transparent financial records available upon request.
Yes. Choose a recurring frequency on the donation form before you submit. Monthly donors sustain our operations and let us plan long-term programs. You can change or cancel a recurring gift at any time using the link in your confirmation email, or by emailing info@amnestyfreedom.org.
Yes. Donations are processed by Zeffy, a PCI-compliant payment platform used by more than 100,000 nonprofits. Your card details go directly to Zeffy over an encrypted connection — they are never entered on, transmitted through, or stored on the Amnesty Freedom website.
Zeffy is the platform that processes our donations. It charges nonprofits nothing, so 100% of your gift to Amnesty Freedom reaches Amnesty Freedom. Zeffy funds itself by asking donors for a separate, entirely optional contribution at checkout — you can change that amount or set it to zero, and doing so does not affect your donation to us. Your bank statement may show Zeffy as the processor.
Credit and debit cards, plus digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay, and bank transfer where available. Options appear automatically in the form based on your device.
Yes. Email us at info@amnestyfreedom.org and we will arrange an anonymous giving method. Note that anonymous donations cannot be issued a tax receipt.
Yes. Make checks payable to Amnesty Freedom and mail to: 211 E Avenue G, Midlothian, TX 76065-3039. Please include your email address if you would like a receipt.
Many employers offer matching gift programs for 501(c)(3) nonprofits. Check with your HR department and provide our EIN: 41-4314632. We will supply any documentation your employer needs.
If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days at info@amnestyfreedom.org. We review all refund requests case by case and aim to respond within 3 business days.
